We recently found out The Boise Castle was listed for sale. This one of a kind home/castle is located at 1700 Warm Springs Avenue has been listed for $2,500,000, down from $2,675,000 when it was previously listed in April of 2018. Though very unique for the neighborhood, it is obviously priced much higher then the local average.
Located near the Boise Greenbelt, this 6,433 square foot home was built in 2010 and has 4 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms.
The house has been in the news a number of times. According to the Boise Castle website, in 2015 portions of the house were used to shoot a hip-hop video. In 2013, a film crew from HGTV flew in and spend two days at the Boise Castle filming for Extreme Homes.
There were other activities at the home including a visit from the Discovery Channel, a promotional photo shoot and even a reading from a play about Shakespeare for a fund raiser.
